CERLOS
OUR MISSION
MOXY OID has developed disturbing building materials that we have been waiting for - which saves time, money, and lives.
CERLOS grew out of our desire to solve four global problems. agricultural / forestry waste, lack of energy, building materials dangerous and dangerous for the environment.
We not only reuse agricultural or forestry waste, but also are environmentally friendly both in terms of production and use. CERLOS is available at a suitable price or lower than the competition. This new and exclusive material will fundamentally change the trillion-dollar building material industry.
FIRE DAMAGE
In the US alone, about $ 23 billion in property damage was caused by a fire in 2017. That figure includes a $ 10 billion loss in a Northern California forest fire. This fire resulted in 3,400 civilian deaths and 14,670 civilian fires. In 2017 there are civil fires every 2 hours and 34 minutes and in 2017 civil fires occur every 36 minutes. Fire occurs in the structure every 63 seconds, and house fires occur every 88 seconds.
Pests from pests and insects
Termites and rats destroy the most common building materials, ranging from support beams to wallcoverings. The annual cost of pest control in the US is close to $ 10 billion per year, while the amount worldwide is much higher. In addition to billions of dollars that try to prevent insect damage, protection often refers to toxic chemicals that harm children, other animals, and ultimately humans.
DAMAGE AND MILDEW DAMAGE
Wood and drywall can trap moisture and feed fungus or mold in our homes. Before the construction team finished the house, wood was often exposed to moisture, rain, ice / melt, sun and even snow. Mold damage can penetrate the house, which means that walls and components must be destroyed and replaced. Children and older adults are very susceptible to respiratory illnesses due to fungal exposure.
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & HEALTH
In addition to death and destruction, available materials damage the environment. Many commonly used building materials contain poisons such as cyanide, while others contain silica, a known carcinogen. Many other building materials at the end of their life cycle are considered hazardous waste. Combined with the fact that these materials contribute to massive deforestation, we produce more waste that is not useful when consuming resources.
Why do we sell tokens?
We have a working prototype. CerLOS works. The manufacturing process for large quantities has been validated. Now we must tell the world! With Token Sale, we can scale up CERLOS's vision by covering production and marketing costs needed to fulfill orders.
Unsold tokens are stored by the company as treasury tokens. Like treasury stocks, they are not included in the distribution of dividends or calculation of income per token. With the resolution of the Board of Directors, the company can decide to offer it again for financing in the future.
